At least a week ago, maybe 2, I met a guy who contacted me via online dating. I didn’t think it went very well at all althought I thought he was cute enuf.

Anyways - last week he was in town and we caught up for a beer (he doesn’t live here but visits at least once every 2 weeks - which is what appealed to me in the first place). Nothing happened and we both left after a quick hug.

Yesterday I got my first kiss…. He was in town and had a work related dinner and shot me a txt asking if I’d be keen to catch up for a drink after he had finished with his work stuff. After the weird start we are getting along fine but things are moving slower than I am used to. He is staying at a hotel in town and after a couple of beers he walked me to my car and we kissed - I was expecting/hoping that he’d get in the car and we’d go back to his hotel room but that wasn’t offered.

It was a good kiss though….

He’ll be back in town late next week so I’ll keep you guys posted.
