Speedos on the beach are very temping and particularly when they are worn by the guys pictured below. Earlier in the month when I was back on teh Gold Coast I loved being back on the beach wearing my speedo. The sun rises super early and I loved going for a walk along the beach and a swim in my speedos before breakfast.

BUT…. I think I’m going to head over to Colorado and spend 4 or 5 months with Kip.

This has been a really tough decision. I think in the end though work wise it is much better with Kip and I working side by side and I do love my snowboarding. On top of that, even after the short time I spent in Colorado last year, I love that place.

The beach will be there next year and unless I start working harder there is no possibility of me ever owning a home.

I haven’t booked my tickets yet or anything so I can still change my mind although I don’t think I will.

Yesterday I flew back to NZ. I had a good time in Aussie considering the circumstances. I tell you what I did love being back at the beach. On my last full day I went down to Byron Bay with some old friends.

There were a few people about being skool holidays but I did speedo it up which was awesome. What is it about speedo’ing it up on the beach that feels so amazing.

I even got a little bit of colour although my speedo tan is well below par.

Saturday afternoon here and I’m off for a swim with Mike and then some ‘other’ sporting activities with Mike. Speaking of speedos - how hot is this guy?

For the last couple of days I’ve been cooped up inside. It is great because I’ve done lots of work (thanks all those bloggers who traded links) and I’ve still been at the pool but it isn’t the same as getting outside.

The forecast was for sunshine so I set my alarm for 8am even though it was still raining as I went to sleep. Part of me definitely wanted to stay in bed but I got up at 8am and the sun was out. So I packed some lunch, grabbed the laptop, a book and a rug and went for a walk. I did some boring accounting stuff, read for a couple of hrs and I’m back here by 3pm and back working.

Now if I lived at the beach….. I would have been in speedos all day. I am thinking that a change of location might be in order.

Thanks for your feedback on yesterdays post - keep them coming. Sounds like you guys have some interesting views and experiences regarding the decision to ‘come out’ or not to ‘come out’ (is that just called ’staying in’?).
